	WHO WE ARE Harrington Construction & Development evolved as a result of the development of Moosehead Cottage Resort, a log cabin timeshare resort in Greenville, Maine. Shortly after completion in 2004, developer Chris Harrington was approached by the owners of Moosehead Cedar Log Homes, asking if he would be interested in building homes for purchasers of their log home packages. One home was succeeded by another until, in 2007, Harrington Construction & Development was simultaneously building seven log homes spread across Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. *Now the company is a preferred builder for Moosehead Cedar Log Homes, L C Andrew – Maine Cedar Log Homes, Ward Log Homes and, most recently, Hill Top Log Homes.* By utilizing the services of seventeen highly qualified independent carpenters with many years combined experience, Harrington Construction & Development maintains a reputation of building quality first and second homes for very satisfied clients.
